We're seeking motivated, mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as Entry-Level HVAC Technicians . Whether you're beginning or have some mechanical experience, we'll provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

As an HVAC Technician, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to deliver, install, service, and maintain HVAC equipment for our Homebuilder Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, and repair HVAC units at residential construction sites.
• Assist with HVAC system troubleshooting and basic repairs.
• Install flexible gas hoses for propane and natural gas applications.
• Perform safety checks and verify proper gas connections.
• Coordinate with customers, managers, and sales engineers to schedule deliveries, pickups, and service calls.
• Service, clean, and rebuild HVAC equipment during the summer season.
• Install and set up HVAC units during the busy winter installation season.
• Maintain accurate documentation and equipment tracking records.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards while working in the field.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in HVAC, construction, maintenance, or skilled trades.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 88 lbs.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC service or troubleshooting experience.
• EPA Certification.
• Mechanical repair or installation experience.
• Basic electrical knowledge (training available).
• Experience working in construction, maintenance, automotive, or other hands-on industries.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
