Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, patient-focused, and able to work night shifts.

Responsibilities:

Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
Administer medications and monitor vital signs consistently.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Document patient progress accurately using EPIC charting system.
Float within the hospital or to affiliate facilities as needed.
Comply with all safety and compliance standards, including certifications.

Qualifications:

Valid nursing license to practice in South Carolina.
Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
Current BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications.
Ability to work 3x12 night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
Willingness to float within hospital and affiliate facilities.
