The ideal candidate is personable, polished, and an excellent communicator who can engage multiple stakeholders across the business. This is a hybrid position based in the New York City metropolitan area. Starting at $140,000/year. Innovation Business Analyst's Responsibilities and Duties Translate business needs and strategic priorities into clear requirements, project plans, timelines, and implementation steps Analyze current-state workflows, systems, and data flows to identify opportunities for process redesign and automation Lead or support pilot programs, including scoping, requirements gathering, testing, and post-pilot evaluation Evaluate AI, automation, API, and fintech integration opportunities that reduce friction and improve workflows Support vendor and technology assessments covering business fit, integration, risk, compliance, and operational impact Coordinate across business lines, operations, IT, risk, compliance, and external vendors to move initiatives from concept to implementation Innovation Business Analyst's Qualifications and Skills At least 5 years of professional experience in a Business Analyst or similar role Banking or fintech industry experience highly preferred Experience documenting business, functional, technical, and compliance-related requirements Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical skills with experience mapping and redesigning workflows Familiarity with payments, digital banking, AI, and automation trends RightClick is an equal opportunity employer who agrees not to discriminate against any employee or job applicant irrespective of race, color, creed, alienage, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, gender (including gender identity), marital status, sexual orientation, citizenship or any other characteristic protected by law.
