Your responsibilities include: Greet customers and manage service drive traffic professionally Act as the liaison between customers and technicians Communicate vehicle concerns, repair recommendations, and timelines clearly Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) standards Answer questions about repairs, warranties, and vehicle services Write, manage, and distribute repair orders efficiently Assist in diagnosing customer concerns and coordinating parts ordering Oversee warranty processes and claims documentation Ensure all repairs and processes meet dealership and manufacturer standards Build strong relationships with customers, technicians, and manufacturers Support a smooth, efficient workflow in the service department What We’re Looking For We are seeking a confident, professional individual who can deliver exceptional customer service while managing a fast‑paced environment.
