Senior Consultant - IT

Requirements: Strong expertise in HL7 FHIR standards and interoperability. Experience analyzing and implementing FHIR Implementation Guides : CARIN Blue Button, US Core, Da Vinci PDEX, CRD, DTR, and PAS. Deep understanding of CMS-9115 Patient Access API and CMS-0057-F Interoperability & Prior Authorization regulations. Hands-on experience with FHIR API design, data modeling, and interoperability workflows . Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy/security regulations. Familiarity with healthcare data standards: HL7 v2, CCDA, USCDI, SNOMED, LOINC, CPT . Ability to create technical documentation (data mappings, data flows, API specs, test cases). Experience in payer domain (claims, benefits, prior authorization). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud platforms. Experience with EHR/EMR integrations .
