OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to help patients regain independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress using rehab-focused EMR, educate patients and families, and contribute to a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding work environment with strong opportunities for professional growth.
