Cook / Sandwich Assembler Team MemberA Dunkin' Cook / Sandwich Assembler Team Member is generally responsible for preparing sandwiches, wraps, snacks, and other food items according to Dunkin' operational standards while providing guests with fast, friendly, and accurate service. Team Members are also responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized food preparation area.Responsibilities Include:Prepare sandwiches, wraps, bagels, croissants, snacks, and other food items according to Dunkin' recipes and standardsOperate ovens, toasters, and kitchen equipment safely and efficientlyFollow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standardsAssemble and package food orders accurately and quicklyMaintain proper food quality, freshness, and portion controlStock and rotate food products, supplies, and packaging itemsKeep sandwich station, prep areas, coolers, and kitchen equipment clean and organizedMonitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to managementWork with front counter and drive-thru team members to ensure smooth order flowUnderstand menu items, promotions, and limited-time offers to assist guests when neededMeet speed of service goals while maintaining food accuracy and qualityMaintain a positive, guest-focused attitude at all timesCommunicate effectively with managers and coworkersAssist with cleaning duties, dishwashing, trash removal, and overall restaurant maintenance as neededEducation/Experience:No prior experience requiredFood service or kitchen experience is a plus but not requiredKey Competencies:Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented with strong communication skillsReliable, punctual, and hardworkingAbility to multitask and stay organizedWillingness to learn and follow proceduresGuest-focused mindset with positive attitudeAbility to handle kitchen equipment safelyPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:Standing for long periods of timeRepetitive motions including bending, reaching, lifting, and twistingAbility to lift up to 20 lbs. including boxes, food products, and suppliesWorking in hot kitchen areas around ovens and food preparation equipmentWorking in a fast-paced and sometimes small workspaceEach franchise organization is an independent employer and thus responsible for making its own recruiting, hiring, and employment-related decisions.
