The System Financial Planning and Analysis team is the central hub of PSJH's enterprise-wide FP&A processes and insights. This role will focus on thoroughly understanding of business drivers underlying financial results, while also relentlessly seeking to uncover value and driving impact. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who has the ability to work through ambiguity, proactively solve problems, drive data-driven insights to inform decision making and resource allocation and importantly, influence business decision-making at the Executive Vice President level. This role will start out remote but will transition to working 4 days a week on site at our facilities in Renton effective April 2027.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable.
