Position: Occupancy Planner Job Overview As Occupancy Planner, you will be responsible for tracking, analysing, and updating space data and using this information to develop scenario and occupancy plans for our clients' portfolio in a designated region. Key Responsibilities Foster critical relationships between various individuals and organizations and coordinate collaboration among business units, especially facility management, to obtain accurate growth projections. Develop planning strategies that drive construction projects and support their implementation; conduct regular facility audits. Produce monthly reporting, periodic data audits, track and manage utilization data and trends, gather space and adjacency requirements, update space layouts, and develop space planning and block diagrams. Plan and manage portfolios, maximise space usage, and assist clients with migration plans and moves by using qualitative and quantitative data to understand supply and demand. Work closely with clients to reconcile discrepancies in top‑down projections and report actual seat demand at the group level. Competencies & Skills Tech‑savvy: strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlook‑up, cell calculations), ability to consolidate data and floor plans into PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex ideas to executive‑level clients. Strategic thinker with ability to simplify complex information, drive results, thrive on change and propose innovative solutions. Fundamental reading and interpreting floor plans. Working knowledge of occupancy utilisation and office design principles/trends. Detail‑oriented with strong accuracy in numerical and spatial tasks. Experience in occupancy or space planning for corporate clients, or related facilities functions such as interior office planning, furniture planning/management, or move/project management. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree. Not required: Visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorised to work in the United States without sponsorship. Location On‑site – Plano, TX and San Antonio, TX.
