The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset to complex commercial disputes. Key Responsibilities: Handle all phases of commercial litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and correspondence Conduct legal research and analysis across a range of industries and disputes Participate in client meetings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances Support senior attorneys in high-stakes litigation matters and manage junior staff as appropriate Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed to practice in Illinois 2–5 years of experience in commercial litigation Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with efficiency and attention to detail Salary Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Salary Range: $120,000 to $180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
