Operations AnalystGlint Tech Solutions is a women-owned, global IT staffing and recruiting firm supporting enterprise clients across the USA and Canada.Our client, a leading enterprise organization in the financial services sector, is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support Custody, Securities, Investment, and Wealth Management Operations functions in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Process client account updates and data maintenance requestsSupport cash and securities transfer activitiesManage cash disbursements and receiptsGenerate and interpret operational reports using BOXICoordinate with cross-functional operational teams to ensure accurate, timely processingMaintain quality, confidentiality, and client-service standardsMandatory Skills:Systematic Withdrawal Plan (SWP)Data amendments & account maintenanceCustody OperationsSecurities OperationsInvestment OperationsWealth Management OperationsCapital Markets (Equities & Fixed Income)Cash management & reconciliationBOXI ReportingNice-to-Have Skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or related field2+ years of experience in investment, securities, custody, or wealth management operationsStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
