As an employee at Essity, you will belong to a team where you feel valued, are safe, supported to grow and challenged to generate business results in a friendly and open atmosphere.**About the Role**Essity’s Health and Medical team is looking for an experienced **Sales Training Manager – Wound Care.**This role will implement operationally efficient and strategic training activities that drive growth for Essity's Advanced Wound Care sales teams through consistent, best in class sales force readiness strategies and brings value to the sales team and the customer through elevating the knowledge and effectiveness of our sales organization. This is a full-time position and will report directly to the US Medical Sales Training Manager.**The ideal candidate could live in Charlotte, Philadelphia or near a major US international airport and able to travel often within the aligned Essity Regional structure.**We’re looking for people who embody our values, aren’t afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. If this is you, we’d love to talk.**What You Will Do*** Capture and analyze training needs for the US Wound Care sales organization which is focused on solutions based sales of our advanced wound care portfolio.* Lead the development of and/or prepare respective training programs, processes, tools, and activities aligned to identified needs of the sales organization to be successful.* Partner with Sales, Clinical, Product and Marketing peers both locally and globally to centrally develop and administer training programs and events that ensure consistent activation of GTM strategies and value propositions for the Essity US Wound Care Business.* Thoroughly understand salesforce business objectives and perception of the wound care category and the advanced wound care portfolio and translates them into meaningful and impactful training experiences.* Develop an annual training calendar with a focus on product knowledge, corporate selling methodologies (HM Move), strategic partners activation, reimbursement insights, and market and competitor insights.* Develop and execute methodologies for measuring and tracking A&P investments against improved assessment and deepening knowledge/expertise, leveraging scorecard practices, and holding the team accountable, ensuring continuous learning and improved scores.* Ensure compliance in the utilization of all clinical evidence with appropriate Regulatory, Compliance, and Legal partners.* Owns the day-to-day management and execution of the Field Sales Trainer training program for the Wound Care sales force.* Supports the development and curating of educational materials for digital learning programs and in-person training sessions, ensuring seamless delivery to the Wound Care Sales team.* Presents trainings in the field, as needed.* Manages resources to support field trainings.* Assist the sales field by being available to address ongoing market needs.* Strategically and efficiently manage A&P budget.* Customize global programs to meet the needs of the local market* Co-travels with field sellers across the country to support their continuous development (up to 50% travel)**Who You Are*** Bachelor’s degree with Master’s degree or higher preferred.* Strong training experience – min 3 years leading teams and training.* Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and ability to work with graphics software.* Ability to activate training for all stages of B2B sales cycle.* Strong experience in the wound care therapy space with a minimum of 3 years working within the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry as a trainer, clinician, or sales management professional.* Ability to quickly garner respect amongst peers (sales, marketing, finance, distribution and operations).* Ability to identify tasks, take initiative and drive for results.* Proven problem solver with strong ability to multi-task and handle project deadlines.* Demonstrable managerial courage with ability to manage and measure work production.* Effective communication, presentation, and collaborative skills.* Strong organizational and project management experience.* Proven ability to identify new market trends and knowledge of healthcare/government legislation and impact on customers.* Experience in converting technical product information to Salesforce and customer relevant benefits.* Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.* Ability to travel up to 50%**What We Can Offer You**At Essity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual and empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.**Compensation and Benefits**Competitive annual salary + annual incentive bonus + benefitsPay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience.Along with competitive pay you will be eligible for the following benefits:* United Healthcare PPO / EyeMed Vision Insurance / Delta Dental Insurance* Wellness program provided through Rally.* Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)* 401(k) with employer match and annual employer base contribution* Company paid Basic Life, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability insurance.* Employee Assistance Program* PTO offering with Paid Holidays* Voluntary benefits to include critical illness, hospital indemnity, and accident insurance.* Employee discounts program* Scholarship program for children of Essity employees.Additional InformationThe Company is committed to equal employment opportunity and providing reasonable accommodations to qualified candidates and employees pursuant to applicable law.
