Part Time Handyman for Residential Home in Lewes Beach DE

Must have some handyman type experience such as general drywall repair, fix leaky faucets, clogged drains, general electrical such as ceiling fans, hot tub maintenance (but will train), change HVAC filters, a plus if you can clean filters in split AC units, some general landscape work such as weeding flower beds, putting down mulch.

Hours are generally intermittent as needed with only daytime hours of 10 to 3pm, monday thru friday, some weekends infrequently.

Must have RELIABLE transportation, some basic tools, cell phone, ability to be paid by zelle preferred.

Attention to detail a must, great job for a retired person looking for some extra income.
