Workday Benefits & Absence Analyst

SiriusXM is hiring a Workday Benefits & Absence role to maintain configuration, reporting, and compliance across Benefits and Absence modules. You will partner with People Operations and Payroll to ensure accurate benefits administration and efficient leave processes. The ideal candidate has strong Workday experience, ACA know-how, and a track record in data integrity and cross-functional collaboration.
