Primary Care Physician $300K+| No RVU Pressure

Full-Time | Bossier City, LA

Tired of volume-driven medicine? This is an opportunity to practice true primary carewith time to think, connect, and deliver meaningful care to seniors.

The Role

Provide comprehensive primary care to senior patients
Focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and outcomes
Work within a fully integrated care team
Build long-term patient relationships with smaller panels
Utilize data and support tools to improve quality metrics

Ideal Candidate

Board Certifiedin Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Passion for senior-focused or value-based care
Strong communicator who thrives in a team setting
Open to VBC (experience helpful, not required)
Focused on quality, outcomes, and patient relationships
