**Thrilling Opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Emergency Department - Nights** - Are you ready to make a difference in the high-stakes environment of an Emergency Department? - Join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients in urgent need. **Position Highlights:** - **Accountability:** Hold shift responsibility for delivering top-notch care to Emergency Room patients. - **Nursing Process:** Utilize the Nursing Process in compliance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. - **Critical Thinking:** Demonstrate scientific judgment and leadership while anticipating and planning for safe patient care. - **Clinical Competencies:** Maintain and enhance clinical skills through ongoing education and training. - **Delegation:** Prioritize patient care effectively based on staff education and experience levels. - **Supervision:** Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel involved in patient care. **Position Details:** - **Shift:** Nights, 7 PM - 7:30 AM (3x12s) - **Start Date:** Requested to begin within 2 weeks upon offer acceptance - **Experience Required:** Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse - **EMR System:** Proficiency in Cerner is required - **Dress Code:** Black scrubs - **Facility Specifics:** - 38 bed capacity - Certified Trauma Level III - Stroke and STEMI Receiving facilities **Preferred Qualifications:** - Charge Nurse experience: Additional $3/hr - NIH Stroke Certification is recommended but not required - Must be willing to float as needed **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
