This individual will assist with filling a variety of shifts, and is compensated at a higher rate due to this. This program is close to the UMD campus so this would be a great opportunity for students, or anyone looking for employment in this area of Duluth. We offer a flexible working schedule, paid time off, increased holiday pay, employee development and advancement opportunities, and a variety of insurances to suit your needs.Hours of Available Position:Must have open availability to work all shifts!Day shift (8am-4pm)Evening shift(4pm-12am)Awake overnight shift (12am-8am)Every other weekend availability requiredCompensation:$23.00-$27.00/hour depending on experience and educationEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Implementing and following the person-centered, positive practice behavior support plan / ITP for individuals to maintain or improve areas of independent living such as symptom management, budgeting, maintaining services, meal prep/planning, employment, etc.General knowledge of social services, record keeping, reporting requirements and confidentialityAbility to create and follow ITP plans set up for clients and uses creative ways to encourage participationProvide support and supervision as defined in each ITP plan, using therapeutic interventions, while ensuring consumer safetyRegularly travel in the community, transport clients, and assure safe vehicle operation including all passengers wearing a seatbelt, respecting speed limits, following agency policy, maintaining current car insurance, and possessing a valid driver's license at all timesQualifications for All IRTS Staff:Ability to multitask and strong communicatorEnjoys conducting groups and is an effective team memberAbility to pass MVR, maintain a valid driver's license, insurance, and maintain background study clearancePrior IRTS Experience PreferredQualifications for Behavioral Health Practitioners:Course Work Qualification Set 30 semester hours AND2000 supervised hours Behavioral Health or related field ORCompleted Practicum or Internship in Behavioral Sciences or Related FieldWork Experience Qualification Set 4000 supervised hours Behavioral Health or related field OR2000 supervised hours ANDReceives weekly clinical supervision from MHPBenefits:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceShort & Long Term DisabilityLife InsuranceCritical IllnessHospital ConfinementAccident InsuranceDependent Care FSAPaid Time OffHoliday Pay for Hours Worked on Eligible HolidaysPerformance-Based Wage IncreasesEmployee Assistance ProgramWe are a growing company which can lead to opportunities for advancement and we take pride in employee development and training!
