Anesthesiologist Opportunity

Inova Franconia Springfield Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking an anesthesiologist to join a busy outpatient surgical facility. This role offers a consistent daytime schedule, a diverse case mix, and the opportunity to work within a modern, efficient surgical environment as part of the Inova health system.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $425,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $40,000 with 2-year commitment
• PRN/Extra shifts: $275/hour
• Paid Time Off: 8 weeks annually
• Comprehensive benefits package

Schedule

• Standard daytime schedule (ASC setting)
• No call, nights, weekends, or holidays
• Opportunity for additional shifts for supplemental income
• High-volume ambulatory surgery center with 67 operating rooms daily
• Case Mix: Orthopedics, ENT, FI, Pain, Podiatry, General surgery, Plastics, Ophthalmology, Gynecology, Urology
