Job TitleCandidate meets and exceeds customer expectations on an ongoing basis. To ensure every customer has been provided an exceptional experience, candidate must work with their team members and provide support to Management, to complete all store level tasks related to customer service, merchandising, daily cleaning, cash register duties, and other related tasks.Duties and ResponsibilitiesIncludes, but not limited to:Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basisOperate cash register, according to PMG standards, surrounding cash handling, record keeping, lottery management, and shift paperworkExecute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiencySales Floor Merchandising/StockingCooler MerchandisingVendor Check-InsCommunication of daily issues/challenges with ManagementEnsure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executedPerform work with Integrity, Honesty, and RespectSupport Management with other assigned tasksExterior/Interior CleaningRequirementsEducation:Preferred: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or currently enrolled in high school; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experienceSkills & Abilities:Customer ServiceCash Handling experienceReliable transportationSchedule FlexibilityWorking mobile device for communicationAbility to lift, stand, and bendThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
