Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Real Estate Attorney with 5+ years of experience in real estate, construction, and landlord-tenant law, responsible for handling litigation, legal drafting, law and motion practice, negotiations, and client advisory services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Represent clients in court proceedings and before government agencies
Draft, review, and prepare legal documents on behalf of clients
Handle law and motion practice across real estate-related disputes
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes and resolve client matters
Ensure compliance with legal standards and manage administrative/legal practice functions
Qualifications:
California Bar admission required
5+ years of legal drafting and legal research experience (preferred)
Experience in real estate, construction, and/or landlord-tenant law preferred
Familiarity with California civil procedure; real estate broker license is a plus
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills
