Position Overview:
- Assisting maintenance team with completing service tickets and turns
- Utilize property management software for completion of service tickets
- Responsible for keeping excellent curb appeal
- Walk grounds daily for trash collection, pet waste removal, and cleaning of dumpster
- Work will include being in the elements for several hours a day
- Seasonal snow removal (may be required to stay overnight onsite for emergency snow removal based on driving conditions)
- Weekly on-call with a rotating schedule
- Maintain pet waste stations, dog park, and breezeways with the use of a blower
- Daily salt water pool maintenance
- Support Service Manager based on property needs
- 2 years of Apartment Maintenance experience
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficient in the areas of plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, minor carpentry, or a skill set that shows an aptitude to learn these skills
- Professional appearance a must
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Driver's license and car
- EPA certification and CPO preferred
- Experience in heat pumps preferred
