3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor in Elk Grove Village My client, a leading manufacturing company in the building products industry is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. The role focuses on optimizing productivity, maintaining accurate inventory levels, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. This is a third shift position. Key Responsibilities Supervise and guide warehouse staff to meet productivity and accuracy goals. Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping processes to ensure timely delivery. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and space utilization. Monitor safety compliance and implement operational best practices. Resolve order discrepancies and shipment issues. Train, evaluate, and support team members to build performance and morale. Qualifications Proven leadership and team coordination skills. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, safety protocols, and inventory systems. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities. Physically capable of performing warehouse tasks as needed. Customer service mindset for vendor and client interactions. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Schedule: 3rd shift position 10pm to 6am.
