Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 07/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs Hours: 36 hrs/wk Start Date: Jul 13, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Details Short-term acute care hospital setting at a Level II Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center with 629 staffed beds Teaching hospital environment Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00) Every other weekend required Block scheduling required Patient ratios depend on acuity Floating between units and all facilities within the state is required — refusal to float may result in termination of assignment Responsibilities span floor care, ER, code response, and Rapid Response No on-call required Charting via Epic (required) 13-week contract Requirements Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required Washington State RRT license required in hand at time of consideration Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience Epic EMR experience required At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting Full SSN and DOB required for consideration License required if applicable Additional Information First-time travelers will be considered for this position Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility Minimal RTO is strongly preferred for this position Scrubs may be any color No parking fee American Traveler Job ID #P-722248.
