Marketing Leader

Purpose of the Job As the Marketing Lead at Doceree, you will spearhead the development and execution of innovative B2B marketing strategies for healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. This leadership role will define and scale Doceree's global marketing strategy, mentor a high‑performing team, and leverage advanced marketing technologies to accelerate growth. You will partner closely with cross‑functional leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Strategy to drive measurable business outcomes and market expansion. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive end‑to‑end B2B marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth within the media, healthcare, and pharmaceutical sectors. Mentor a high‑performing marketing team across all disciplines, fostering collaboration and excellence. Secure and deploy advanced marketing technologies to enhance efficiencies and deliver superior B2B results. Collaborate with key stakeholders—including customers, sales, operations, finance, and product leaders—to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives. Oversee the creation and implementation of data‑driven marketing campaigns tailored for the healthcare and pharma industries, ensuring they are innovative and results‑oriented. Utilize data analytics to measure, optimize, and report on marketing performance, making strategic adjustments as necessary. Qualifications – Experience, Skills & Education Marketing leader with specialized experience in B2B marketing within AdTech, and/or the healthcare/pharma industries. Proven track record of mentoring high‑performing teams across all marketing disciplines. Strong expertise in securing and deploying marketing technologies to drive efficiencies in B2B and AdTech environments. Exceptional ability to deliver superior results through collaboration with customers, sales, operations, finance, and product leaders. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven track record of managing GTM launches and integrated campaigns. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
