Tech - Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer

Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Ultrasound Tech to provide high-quality imaging services in a busy radiology department. The role involves performing vascular and obstetric ultrasounds in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including vascular and obstetric procedures.
• Operate GE ultrasound equipment and ensure optimal image quality.
• Follow department policies and guidelines to maintain compliance and patient safety.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to deliver accurate results.
• Maintain detailed documentation of examinations performed and equipment usage.
• Ensure patient comfort and address any concerns during procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT (S) or ARDMS certification required.
• Minimum of 6 months' current Ultrasound Tech experience.
• Proficient in vascular and OB ultrasound procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience working in large trauma facilities preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
