En InfomediaPR buscamos un/una Account Manager apasionad@ por la gestión de clientes y proyectos, con capacidad de liderazgo y enfoque en resultados.
Si disfrutas construir relaciones sólidas y aportar soluciones estratégicas, ¡esta plaza es para ti! Lo que harás:- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en manejo de cuentas y campañas de clientes
- Experiencia en medios digitales, incluyendo Google y Redes Sociales
- Desarrollar y aplicar estrategias digitales para la cartera de clientes asignada
- Coordinar y comunicarse de manera efectiva para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente
- Colaborar con equipos internos y externos para garantizar la entrega oportuna de productos y servicios
- Seguimiento de métricas y generar informes con la efectividad de las campañas digitales
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno dinámico y en equipo
- Habilidad de proveer estrategias acorde a la industria del cliente
- Establecer prioridades al trabajar con tiempos sensitivos y urgencias
