Join Dermott City Nursing Home as a key member of our team in the Human Resource role, where you will play an essential part in supporting our staff and ensuring a positive work environment. Responsibilities- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support employee relations and help resolve workplace conflicts effectively and confidentially.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Assist with payroll administration and benefits management.
- Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Accounts Payable
- PBJ Reporting
- Previous experience in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
