SQL Data Engineer

Deep experience with streaming and batch data pipelines using Spark, Kafka, Event Hubs, Hive, and Databricks; delivered scalable ETL/ELT workflows with PySpark and Snowflake.
Strong SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL, and Python capabilities for complex queries, data transformation, and performance tuning; integrated BI outputs with Power BI and Qlik dashboards.
Strong hands-on experience in Snowflake architecture including Snowpipes, Snowpark, zero-copy cloning, RBAC, cost optimization, performance tuning, and GitHub integration.
Extensive experience in building lakehouses, data lakes, and dimensional models using Spark SQL, Python, Scala, and PySpark; proficient in Star and Snowflake schema development.
Implemented ETL/ELT pipelines using IICS, PowerCenter, and Talend across healthcare and finance sectors, ensuring HIPAA, PHI, and PII compliance.
