Student Analyst Graduate Level RBT

Student Analyst Graduate Level RBT Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Analyst Graduate Level RBT to join our team at Kids Club ABA - VA. As a key member of our team, you will work with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities, providing one-on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities: Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to clients, implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting data on client progress Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA Requirements: Graduate‑level education in a relevant field (Certified in RBT) Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices Benefits: Paid time off (PTO) accrual from day one Benefit package for full‑time employees (30+ hours per week) Opportunities for growth and promotion 401(k) Flexible schedule Health insurance Professional development assistance (CEU's) Referral program Social Media program BCBA Internship Program Schedule: After school Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Weekends only Work Setting: In‑person In‑Home Private school School Location: Walnut Grove, GA Salary:
