Physical Therapist
Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Peoria, IL. This role focuses on providing inpatient care, including ortho, neuro, trauma, and post-surgical areas throughout the hospital. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team to deliver high-quality healthcare in an acute setting.

Key responsibilities of the Physical Therapist include:
- Deliver exceptional inpatient care across ortho, neuro, trauma, and post-surgical units.
- Evaluate patients' physical and functional status and establish therapy goals.
- Formulate treatment plans consistent with established therapy goals.
- Document patient status and progress accurately and timely.
- Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and treatment team members.
Requirements of the Physical Therapist include:
- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (for licenses post-2016) or previous degree accepted for licenses pre-2016.
- Active IL PT License
- BLS (AHA)
- At least 1 year of experience as a PT in an acute setting
