Accountant (Onsite | Dallas, TX)

The Opportunity
You’ll partner closely with the Controller and play a key role across both accounts payable and receivable functions. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven environment where precision, ownership, and professionalism are highly valued.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle accounts payable , including invoice validation, vendor management, expense review, and weekly check runs

• Process 1099s and support audit activities

• Manage daily cash applications , including ACH, wires, and lockbox deposits

• Maintain accurate tenant ledgers, reconcile accounts, and follow up on outstanding balances

• Support monthly billing , including lease charges, billbacks, and reconciliations

• Enter and maintain lease data and financial records within Yardi

• Assist with treasury-related tasks such as wire transfers, cash tracking, and bank reconciliations

• Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and tenants regarding account inquiries

What You Bring

• 5+ years of accounting experience (AP required; AR/billing exposure preferred)

• Yardi experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail with proven reconciliation and invoicing accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a deadline-driven environment

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems

• Professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
