Your expertise will help support regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and appropriate reimbursement, ultimately contributing to the exceptional care we provide to patients and families. Key Responsibilities: Review and code hospice clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness Collaborate with providers and leadership to ensure documentation supports regulatory and billing requirements Identify and communicate documentation opportunities and coding discrepancies Support compliance with applicable hospice regulations and payer requirements What you will need: A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York Associates Degree in Nursing, BSN preferred 1 year experience as an RN

-preferably in Hospice/Home Care or acute care. Ability to work independently Work Location This position is primarily remote/hybrid, allowing you to work from home for most of your scheduled hours. Occasional in-office attendance may be required for orientation, training, team meetings, or as requested by the hiring manager. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
