We are offering flexible and hybrid scheduling serving the Plymouth and Cape communities, as well as a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid out in full after 90 days of employment for this position!

Who we are looking for: Are you the in-home behavioral therapist we've been searching for? In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for helping others by supporting our clients to achieve their goals!

JRI's in-home behavioral services program is a dedicated home-based initiative focused on coaching and modeling behavioral interventions for caregivers to manage their child's challenging behaviors. Our team collaborates closely with both the child and their family to complete functional behavioral assessments and develop personalized behavior plans. Our trauma-informed treatment approach is grounded in behavioral principles and tailored to address the distinct needs of each child and family.

The scheduling for this role is flexible and can accommodate your work-life balance!

JRI provides the training so that we will support you to collaborate with a team to deliver trauma-informed, positive behavioral intervention to youth exhibiting challenging behaviors.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications, and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• A Master's Degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, Social Work, or related field is required.
• Experience in counseling, functional behavior assessment, data tracking, and implementation of behavioral interventions to address mental health needs.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, along with a familiarity with technology and a willingness to learn different electronic systems.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle as transporting youth is required.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.
