Sales Support Administrator

Atlas Staffing is hiring a Sales Support Administrator for a company in Post Falls, ID. This is a temp to hire opportunity supporting a Telecom Sales team by helping keep customer orders, sales information, and internal communication accurate and organized. Role Purpose Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team by processing customer purchase orders, maintaining sales orders, and helping ensure information is accurate across sales and accounting. Responsibilities Process and code customer purchase orders accurately Review purchase order details and confirm information is complete Update and revise sales orders as needed Review entered sales orders for accuracy Communicate corrections or discrepancies to the appropriate team members Support sales and accounting with administrative needs Organize sales groups, contacts, and related information to support outside sales activities Help maintain accurate and organized sales records Qualifications Associate degree in business or a technical discipline preferred Two or more years of related experience may be considered in place of a degree Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional and confident telephone communication Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience creating quotes in Salesforce Experience organizing sales groups, contacts, or similar information to support an outside sales team SAP knowledge is a plus Pay $24.00-$24.00 per hour Available Shifts Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Temp to hire opportunity Why You Will Love It Consistent weekday office schedule Opportunity to support both sales and accounting functions Temp to hire opportunity with the ability to grow into a long term role Why Work with Atlas Staffing?
