As a member of the front of house team, you will welcome and greet guests, take and prepare customer orders at the counter or drive-thru, maintain cleanliness at the counter and dining area, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old by the date of hire
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a reliable source of transportation
• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigation shelves both high and low
• Basic reading, writing, math, and verbal communication skills required
• Function in cold or hot, noisy, fast-paced environments
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must perform well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently

Company Information:

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh, simple ingredients. And we have always done so. From the beginning, we have served whole breast chicken, no fillers or added hormones, and breaded it by hand in our restaurants. Products are delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are cut and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yes, thats it) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade.
