ATE Test Engineer - Automation, Yield & Silicon Bring-up

TetraMem - Accelerate The World

TetraMem in San Jose, CA, seeks an experienced engineer to develop and optimize production ATE test programs for wafer sort and final test using Teradyne UltraFLEX/J750. You will build automation tools in Python/C/C++, analyze yield data, and collaborate across design and manufacturing teams to enable high-throughput, high-quality semiconductor testing. Responsibilities include silicon bring-up, test method development, data analytics, and creating dashboards to monitor production performance.
