  • 30 hours per week: Mon/Wed/Fri, 8am-6pm
  • $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
  • Patient Location – Winchester, TN 37398

Overview 

As a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one patient care and family teaching in the home setting. 

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse educational program 
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN license within the state of practice
  • Minimum of one (1) year of Licensed Practical Nurse experience in private duty, home health, hospice, hospital, or skilled nursing facility; previous private duty and/or home healthcare experience preferred.
  • Must have a negative 2-step TB test within the last 12 months of the hire date
