Senior Human Resources Manager

Senior HR Manager to join their onsite team in Germantown, Wisconsin. (Hybrid 3/2) As the Senior HR Manager , you'll play a critical role in driving operational excellence across the Human Resources function. Reporting to the HR leadership team, you'll lead a team of HR Generalists while creating consistency across policies, processes, compliance, and employee relations practices throughout the organization. What You'll Do: Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Generalists while driving accountability and operational excellence. Standardize HR policies, procedures, and processes across multiple business units to ensure consistency and compliance. Serve as the escalation point for complex employee relations matters, investigations, and risk assessments. Partner with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, Legal, and business leaders to ensure consistent execution of HR programs and compliance initiatives. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify and enhance HR processes, workflows, documentation, and governance. Lead compliance-related HR activities, including policy administration, regulatory compliance, audits, and employment law initiatives. Establish operational discipline by balancing workloads, setting priorities, monitoring team performance, and improving service delivery across the HR organization. What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 5+ years leading HR professionals. Strong expertise in employee relations, investigations, employment law, HR compliance, and policy administration. Demonstrated success driving process improvement, standardization, and operational excellence within multi-site organizations. Proven ability to coach and develop HR teams while influencing leaders across all levels of the organization. Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Manufacturing, industrial, or distribution industry experience is highly preferred. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
