Summary The Marketing Associate to support day-to-day marketing operations and ensure marketing initiatives are executed efficiently across the organization. This role focuses on coordinating projects, maintaining marketing assets, supporting retail marketing efforts, assisting with content creation, assisting with digital marketing, and ensuring in-store marketing materials remain accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, creative, and eager to learn. This position is ideal for an early-career marketing professional looking to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced retail, entertainment, and cannabis environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support daily marketing operations Coordinate & support marketing projects, events, photoshoots, facility walk-throughs/tours Process purchase orders and invoices Maintain marketing calendars Maintain social media scheduling Maintain digital marketing scheduling Organize marketing assets Assist with vendor communications, partnerships, and outreach Participate in & support community events & outreach Maintain in-store and external marketing materials Maintain digital signage & menu boards Maintain point-of-sale displays & signage Maintain promotional graphics Coordinate with the design team to ensure all marketing assets are completed & accurate Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that marketing campaigns are being carried out. Operate on & off-site pop-ups & activations Participate in capturing marketing & social media content Maintain a weekly report to the Marketing Manager Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure. Assist with the implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and performance standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules. This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
