ALM Solution Consultant

Overview Role: ALM Solution Consultant | Technical Recruiter @ Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group Job Location – Detroit, MI - Onsite Responsibilities Work with ALM tools in areas such as implementation, consulting, functional, admin, customization, and support. Experience with requirements management systems (e.g. DOORS, Polarion, PTC Integrity, etc.). Elicit and decompose requirements as per international standards. Understand system engineering processes including SysML, regulated system delivery, change management, and optimization. Knowledge of FMEA, ASPICE, and automotive quality standards. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to leverage additional qualification advantages (e.g., Requirements Engineering certification such as IREB/ INCOSE). Understanding of systems engineering V-model. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field, with at least 10 to 12 years of experience in ALM/Systems Engineering.
