Digital Product Manager

Nyne Infotech is seeking a Digital Product Manager to support the development and execution of digital experiences and internal tools. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Content Management, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality enhancements that improve customer and user experiences. Key Responsibilities Support delivery and execution of the product roadmap Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation Partner with Engineering, Design, Content, Analytics, and Operations teams to support feature development, testing, and launch readiness Manage and groom product backlogs, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and maintain project documentation Define KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and business impact Analyze customer feedback and product data to identify opportunities for improvement Track dependencies, risks, and project milestones to ensure successful delivery Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, Product Ownership, or a related field Experience supporting digital products, internal tools, or backend services Strong Agile/Scrum experience, including backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication Technical fluency with APIs, mobile/web concepts, and analytics tools Experience using data and metrics to guide product decisions and measure feature impact Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills Experience working in large, matrixed organizations Experience with enterprise CMS platforms (AEM, Contentful, Sitecore, etc.) Experience in Travel, Hospitality, Loyalty, Airline, or Airport Lounge technology Demonstrated user empathy and passion for improving customer and operational experiences Role can be virtual or hybrid in one of our NYC Office locations (NY preferred) Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (Citizen, Green Card, or 1099 only).
