Certified Surgical Technician – Surgical Services

Shift: 0630-1700 (4 x 10Hrs) Shift Start/End for ICU: 6:45am to 7:15pm All other positions: 7:00am to 7:00pm

Contract Length: 12 Weeks Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:

• Certification as a Surgical Technician
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques
• Ability to set up required equipment and instrumentation
• Experience in scrubbing and assisting during surgical procedures

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain aseptic technique in the operating room.
• Set up and break down operating rooms and required supplies for surgical cases.
• Scrub and pass instruments and equipment during surgical procedures.
• Prepare for upcoming cases as needed.

Uniform Color: Nurses - White or Royal Blue or any combination; Constant Patient Observers/Sitters - Charcoal Grey

CPI certification required for Emergency Room positions.
