As a Business Banking Specialist (Bilingual in Spanish preferred) within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based at PNC's World Center Branch, 249 NW 6th Street, Miami, FL 33136. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Job Description Acquires and expands share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue. Achieves business results through leadership and productive collaboration with a wide range of ecosystem partners. Responsible for proactive lead generation and appointments conducted inside and outside the branch. Delivers a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. Proactive lead management and referral generation—leverages experience and knowledge of bank products and services and positions them to grow share of wallet and attract new consumer and business households. Responsible for managing and growing Business Banking relationships under $2MM in sales revenue. Creates actionable sales strategies and tactics using client information from various sources and generates quality referrals to ecosystem partners. Develops ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch as a COI, working with partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage. Identifies the best resources to meet client needs and introduces the client accordingly, holding partners accountable for routine updates and referral follow‑up. Enhances client experience and hospitality—delivers advanced conversation skills, tailored solutions aligned with clients’ holistic needs (including deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing), and solves problems courteously and with urgency, escalating when necessary. Acts as an advocate for clients and prospects across product, support, operations, or other departments within PNC, identifying trends and unique client needs. Collaborates with the branch team to identify consumer and business banking opportunities, creating referrals and following up on independent opportunities with the Branch Manager and Business Banker to expand share of wallet. Builds client loyalty and grows client share of wallet through a differentiated client experience, performing lobby engagement activities to connect with clients and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educates clients on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources, and applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively and drive loyalty. Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and maintaining heightened scrutiny to avoid loss. Participates in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.
