Solace Springs Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to join our team as a Primary Therapist. This remote role focuses on providing therapeutic support to individuals grappling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders, emphasizing the relational and interpersonal dynamics that critically affect healing and recovery. Regular team meetings and case consultations will allow for ongoing professional interaction and support.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a range of mental health issues. \n
- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and continuous evaluations to track client progress and update treatment plans accordingly. \n
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting measurable goals that align with the therapeutic needs of clients. \n
- Actively participate in the multidisciplinary team process, contributing insights that enhance the overall client treatment strategy. \n
- For those with Level II qualifications, provide supervision and mentorship to Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and/or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, fostering their professional growth and development. \n
Our client base typically includes individuals suffering from substance abuse disorders and a variety of co-occurring mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. You will work closely with clients to build trust and rapport, creating safe spaces for open dialogue and exploration of their challenges. Your engaging, dynamic therapeutic approach will facilitate meaningful connections, helping clients work toward recovery and holistic well-being.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Education: A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. \n
- License: Current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). \n
- Experience: A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in the mental health field, specifically in addressing mood disorders. \n
- Skills: Strong understanding of psychopharmacology, evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and excellent communication skills for effective client interactions. \n

- Prior experience working with mood disorders is highly preferred. \n
- A proven track record of successful outcomes in therapeutic interventions is essential. \n
- Experience working within a community health setting will be an additional advantage. \n
The compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
