About This Role We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for: Planning, coordination, and scheduling test and evaluation activities to ensure that test requirements and objectives are met per customer/program requirements and engineering and quality standards Preparing and/or reviewing test plans, test procedures, test readiness reviews and test reports for functional, environmental, and field tests Supporting in-house and field data collection activities including setup and operation of data acquisition systems, accelerometers, strain gauges, high speed cameras, and other test instrumentation Supporting test activities including product installation, integration, test, data acquisition and analysis Performing preliminary “quick-look” analysis and provide post-test debriefs to engineering team and customers Coordination with appropriate program, engineering, and external organizations during test planning, execution, analysis and reporting phases 10 - 15% travel Qualifications B.S. in engineering or related discipline with 2+ years of related experience (Level II). B.S. in engineering or related discipline with 5+ years of related experience (Level III). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Knowledge and/or experience using electrical/mechanical test instrumentation is a plus Must be able to communicate effectively (verbal and written) and have good organizational skills Must be able to obtain/maintain Government Security Clearance; Active Secret clearance preferred Salary Ranges Level II: $92,600-$139,600 Level III: $115,800-$176,200 How We Care At Textron Systems, our talented people make us successful. The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $92,600 - $176,200 per year.
