We are seeking an Interior Install professional in the sign and marketing installation industry. This role is responsible for precisely installing interior signage, vinyl graphics, wayfinding systems, dimensional lettering, and related products in clients' offices. This hands-on position requires strong attention to detail, accurate measuring, and a commitment to delivering clean, professional finished installations. This role focuses primarily on interior marketing installation in the Dallas area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Interior Installation Technicians are responsible for supporting high-level interior installation operations, including but not limited to:

• Install interior vinyl wall graphics, dimensional letters, and wayfinding/ADA signage in finished occupied spaces
• Apply wallcovering, laminate graphics, and printed interior décor pieces to walls, doors, and assembly signs.
• Measure, level, and align every install to a tight tolerance, protecting finished flooring throughout the job
• Read and follow proof sheets, layout diagrams, and design specs for each installation
• Prep surfaces (cleaning as needed) so graphics adhere correctly and last
• Capture quality closeout photos and job documentation in the mobile field system for every completed install
• Coordinate scheduling and site access with builders, GCs, and on-site staff so installs don’t disrupt an active operation environment
• Maintain and account for company tools and materials issued for interior work
• Follow all safety guidelines even though this work is primarily indoors
• Install the scheduled job during business/non-business hours

Qualifications and Skills: To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following:

• 2+ years of related experience; vinyl, wallcovering, sign, or trade-show stand assembly background is a plus but not required
• Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, adhesives, and precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail — you notice when something is 1/8′′ off
• Able to work cleanly and respectfully inside finished, occupied buildings
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and progress
• Valid driver’s license; becomes eligible to operate a company vehicle
• Able to travel in TX and work after hours (not always)
