As we grow, we are looking for a Dental Hygienist and respected provider to join us and be part of a team committed to excellence in dentistry! Competitive Pay: Starting at $55-60/hour (based on experience) + lucretive bonus program! Schedule: 3 day weekends! Monday-Thursday 6:30am-4:15pm with a 60 min lunch What sets us apart? Responsibilities As a Dental Hygienist, you will identify opportunities to discuss oral health hygiene of our patients as it relates to the mouth-body connection, including: Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and x-ray machine. Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims. Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance. Sterilize and maintain dental supplies. Successfully complete Scaling and Root Planning and/or Prophylaxis. Excel with placing fluoride varnish and sealants. Serve as a point of escalation for both patient and team relations. Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team. Qualifications What are the must haves to join the team? Ability to empathize and provide top-notch, positive, patient care while connecting with our diverse patient base. A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license. CPR certification. Certification in local anesthesia administration Laser certification, a PLUS!
