Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to territory management and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a sales representative/entry-level manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- In Office position.
- No prior insurance experience is required — only a strong drive to succeed.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients within your assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, addressing client needs effectively.
- Engage in direct sales activities, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Manage accounts by providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify business development opportunities and strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities.
Skills Recommended:
- Experience in customer service/sales is preferred, especially in inside sales or direct sales environments.
- Strong territory management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for clients and thecompany.
- Experience in account management, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred.
- Negotiate contracts and handle paperwork (e.g., invoices, orders)
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that resonate with potential customers.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer engagement.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
