Convenience Store Customer Service Associate

Join Wawa, Inc. as a Customer Service Associate and help deliver fast, friendly service in a clean, welcoming store environment. In this role, you’ll greet customers, handle cash register transactions, and assist with fuel, food, and beverage purchases. You’ll prepare and serve fresh food and beverages, restock shelves, and maintain store and foodservice cleanliness and safety standards. Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, you’ll follow company procedures, support inventory and merchandising, and ensure customers enjoy a convenient, positive experience every visit. Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service Operate cash register and handle cash, credit, and mobile transactions accurately Assist customers with fuel, food, beverage, and merchandise purchases Prepare and serve fresh food and beverages following food safety standards Restock shelves, coolers, and supplies to maintain product availability Maintain cleanliness of store, foodservice areas, and restrooms Follow company procedures for safety, security, and loss prevention Support inventory, merchandising, and promotional displays Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders Respond to customer questions, concerns, and requests promptly Customer service Point-of-sale (POS) operation Cash handling Food preparation Food safety and sanitation Merchandising and stocking Basic math skills Cleaning and store maintenance Communication skills Teamwork Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Food handler or food safety certification (preferred) Cash handling experience (preferred) Customer service experience in retail or foodservice (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr First Roles
