MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AT TIME OF SUBMISSION AHA BLS/ACLS & PALS cert required and must be in hand at time of submission. TNCC preferred.
